EVENT DISCLAIMER & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
• By attending, guests acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for their own actions, decisions, and interactions during the event.
• Memb3rsOnly is not responsible for personal injury, emotional distress, illness, accidents, theft, lost or damaged property, or incidents involving other attendees.
• All guests attend voluntarily and at their own risk.
• Memb3rsOnly reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event at any time due to safety concerns, venue issues, legal matters, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• All events are intended for private social entertainment purposes only.
GUEST CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
• All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times.
• Respect personal boundaries and space
• Harassment, aggressive behavior, or unwanted contact will not be tolerated
• Disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund
• Guests are encouraged to communicate clearly and respectfully with others at all times
• Memb3rsOnly reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior negatively impacts the experience, safety, or comfort of others.
EVENT ENTRY & ATTENDANCE
• This is a private event for adults 25+ only
• Valid government-issued ID may be required upon entry
• Admission is limited to approved and confirmed guests only
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Memb3rsOnly
• Couples attending together must arrive together unless otherwise approved
•To maintain the quality and balance of the experience, all guests may be subject to a screening and approval process prior to ticket purchase.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
• To protect the privacy and discretion of all attendees:
• Photography and video recording may be restricted in certain areas
• Guests may not share private event details, addresses, or attendee information publicly
• Unauthorized recording or distribution of content from the event is strictly prohibited
• Violation of privacy policies may result in removal from the event and restriction from future events.
VENUE & SAFETY GUIDELINES
•Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, and all event spaces.
• No illegal substances or illegal activity permitted
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• Please help keep shared spaces clean and respectful
•Memb3rsOnly is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including actions of third parties or other attendees.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
•Accepted payment methods may include:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and other approved electronic payment methods.
•No cash payments accepted unless otherwise stated.
REFUND POLICY
• All sales are final
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, removal due to policy violations, or personal scheduling conflicts
• In the event Memb3rsOnly cancels an event, guests may receive either: A full refund, OR Credit toward a future event
Processing fees charged by third-party platforms may be non-refundable.
MODIFICATIONS & GOVERNING LAW
•Memb3rsOnly reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
•These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from attendance, participation, or ticket purchase shall be handled exclusively in Osceola County, Florida.
AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket, submitting payment, or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy in full.
